ROUGH CUTS | Those unfinished farm-to-market roads

Unfinished Farm-to-Market Roads

We recently commemorated All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, honoring our departed loved ones.

Both days are significant religious activities, typically celebrated by visiting cemeteries. However, it is commonly observed that more people visit the resting place of the dead on All Saints' Day (Nov. 1) than on All Souls' Day.

Commemorating All Saints' Day is also basically remembering our dead loved ones.

This may be because many names of people, both living and dead, are derived from the names of saints. Therefore, when one remembers the saints, they are also remembering their dearly departed.

Author's summary: Unfinished farm-to-market roads left unattended.
