The Walk&Talk arts festival, launched in 2011, has evolved from a street art celebration into a biennial event hosting over 80 artists in nine venues around São Miguel Island.
Island life, often romanticized, can be lonely and isolating, especially in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. However, Walk&Talk has been bringing the community together and attracting international visitors since 2011.
