This Remembrance Day, we honor all those who have served and sacrificed in past and current conflicts. We reflect on their contributions to our freedom and support serving and former Armed Forces members and their families.
Many places of worship in and around Manchester will observe a two-minute silence. On campus, The Holy Name Church will hold a two-minute silence on 9th November at 11am. Please contact your local place of worship for details.
The North West Officer Training Corps, University representatives, Multifaith Chaplains, university community members, and the public will gather in John Owen’s Quad at 10:45am. Attendees are asked to arrive before 10:45am.
A two-minute silence will begin at 11am.
