Donald Trump has granted Hungary a one-year exemption from Russian oil and gas sanctions following a visit to Washington, DC, by Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, according to a White House official.

Overnight missile and drone attacks struck a residential nine-story building in Dnipro, causing a fire and destroying several apartments. Emergency services reported at least one fatality and 11 injuries, including two children.
