Charles Mountain, RAA Senior Manager of Safety and Infrastructure, emphasized the necessity of planning ahead.

“The Christmas Pageant brings huge numbers to the city each year so road closures will be in place tomorrow morning to keep everyone safe,” Mr. Mountain said.

“On-street parking will be as rare as a white Christmas, so check for off-street options and allow plenty of extra time if you’re driving to the Pageant.”

Drivers are encouraged to consider alternative transport or parking to avoid delays.
