BPF Has No Alliance with UDC Outside Parliament
The Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF) president, Mephato Reatile, has stated that the party has no arrangement with the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) outside of Parliament and councils.
It was hard to contest alone last year, but I decided to leave the UDC because it was what the members wanted.
Reatile made this statement during a press briefing to launch his lobby team, as he prepares to defend his presidency at the party's elective congress on November 1 in Serowe.
