Bill Gene Hobbs, a 37-year-old man convicted of stalking, groping, and harassing multiple women in San Francisco, is back in jail after reportedly approaching women again.
Hobbs was booked into San Francisco Jail on Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of a parole violation, according to jail records.
Reporters from the San Francisco Chronicle spotted Hobbs in Dolores Park and nearby neighborhoods, where he allegedly approached multiple women, yelled at some, and behaved aggressively.
ABC7 News spoke with one of Hobbs' victims, who testified against him in 2023.
Hobbs had previously been convicted of stalking, groping, and harassing multiple women on the streets of San Francisco.
