Tribute to Carl Henderson
A sponsored walk in memory of Carl Henderson is to take place, marking six months since the father-of-three died while climbing Errigal.
Caroline Henderson will take part in the walk, remembering her husband Carl, who suffered a cardiac arrest on April 26 while hiking on Errigal.
- Paramedics, who were hiking on the mountain, tried to resuscitate him.
- Carl was airlifted by a Coast Guard helicopter to Letterkenny University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
‘Carl was just so loved’
The family and friends of Carl are planning ‘Climb for Carl,’ a sponsored walk up Errigal on Sunday, October 26, to celebrate his life.
