Tether will launch a fully open-source Wallet Development Kit (WDK) this week, as confirmed by CEO Paolo Ardoino.
According to Ardoino, the kit is built to help developers and companies integrate secure, self-custodial wallets into their applications with minimal effort.
The release includes a compact “Starter Wallet” for both iOS and Android, serving as a practical example of how developers can quickly build complete digital asset wallets using the toolkit.
The WDK features a modular and highly scalable architecture, designed for easy adoption across different platforms and use cases, advancing the development of non-custodial financial tools.
