Arc Raiders Players Receive Compensation for Server Issues

Embark Studios has announced in-game rewards for players of Arc Raiders who experienced connection problems over the weekend. Every player who logged in to the extraction shooter on November 2 will receive 500 Raider Tokens as compensation.
“Our servers had a wobble on Sunday,” the official Arc Raiders account stated, joking that “Scrappy must’ve pecked a few wires loose.” The developer added that they appreciate players’ patience and confirmed the distribution of rewards.
According to SteamDB, Arc Raiders reached a new record of 354,836 concurrent players on Steam during the server outage. The game is also available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Epic Games Store, meaning the total player count was likely much higher across all platforms.
The server instability followed a similar issue at launch on October 30, which Embark noted reflected the strong demand for the game. Despite the rocky start, the studio emphasized its commitment to improving stability and delivering a consistent experience for players.
Embark also confirmed plans to avoid adding “novelty” skins, instead maintaining the game’s established art direction.
