Network 10 Congratulates Carrie Bickmore OAM
Network 10 celebrates The Project host Carrie Bickmore, who received the Medal of the Order of Australia (General Division) for her contributions to broadcast media and brain cancer awareness.
This award was announced in the Queen’s Birthday 2019 Honours list. It recognizes Carrie’s 18-year career in television and radio, along with her significant efforts raising awareness for brain cancer.

- Carrie has co-hosted The Project since its inception in 2009, which is marking its 10th anniversary next month.
- She earned a TV Week Logie Award for Best New Talent in 2010.
- In 2015, Carrie received the Silver Logie for Best Presenter.
- That same year, she was awarded the Gold Logie for Most Popular Personality on Australian television.
Brain Cancer Awareness Efforts
Using her platform, Carrie highlighted brain cancer awareness, urging everyone to participate by wearing a beanie in support of the cause.
