UFC Vegas 110: Newcomer Donte Johnson Guillotines Sedriques Dumas
In his promotional debut at UFC Vegas 110, newcomer Donte Johnson submitted Sedriques Dumas with a guillotine choke.
Sedriques Dumas, a middleweight with a troubled past, including an arrest earlier this year for an alleged home invasion, faced Donte Johnson on the preliminary card. Despite his personal struggles, Dumas had a 3-3, 1NC record in the UFC after joining in 2023.
Johnson, a fellow DWCS graduate, entered his promotional debut with a perfect 6-0 record. The fight began with Johnson closing the distance, but Dumas secured a single-leg takedown. However, Johnson remained composed, used the cage effectively, and worked his way back to his feet.
Johnson immediately closed the distance to open the fight, but Dumas reacted smartly by changing levels and securing a single-leg takedown.
