Charles Radtke Dominates Daniel Frunza, Secures R3 Submission
Charles Radtke and Daniel Frunza clashed in a welterweight showdown at UFC Vegas 110 on Saturday.
Radtke (10-5) sought to rebound from a May loss to Mike Malott at UFC 315, while Frunza (9-3) aimed for a fresh start after his UFC debut loss to Rhys McKee.
Radtke gained the upper hand, landing repeated shots as Frunza struggled to defend, and eventually hunted for the rear-naked choke from back control.
Radtke briefly locked the choke but surprisingly released it, opting to continue inflicting damage.
Radtke's strategy paid off, securing a submission win in the third round.
