Albuquerque Police Investigate Serious Crash Near Cottonwood Mall
Albuquerque police officers are investigating a serious crash in the area of Coors Bypass and Ellison Drive N.W., affecting traffic heading to the park-and-ride lot at Cottonwood Mall.
The Albuquerque Police Department shut down the entire intersection of Coors Bypass and Ellison Drive in the early hours of the morning. Officers responded to the two-vehicle crash around 3:15 a.m., where one vehicle rolled over and a man was trapped inside.
Rescue units arrived and took the man to a local hospital in critical condition.
