A senior Crime Control Department (CCD) officer has been arrested for allegedly orchestrating the kidnapping of a local businessman for ransom.
According to police sources, Inspector Javed Iqbal and his accomplices, including Constable Tauseef, abducted a trader named Waleed from the Kahna area.
