Southeast Iowa Man Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges
A 33-year-old southeast Iowa man, Dakota Lee Rogers of Keokuk, has been arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses.
- Delivery of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine
- Possession with the intent to deliver more than 5 grams of methamphetamine
- Iowa drug tax stamp violation, all felonies
- Possession of marijuana
- Maintaining a drug house
- Possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor charges
The charges stem from an investigation by the Lee County Narcotics Task Force, which reportedly purchased meth from Rogers. A search of his residence, located near a public school, uncovered evidence of further drug trafficking.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force was assisted by the Keokuk Police Department and the Fort Madison Police Department.
