Thursday's FTB: At Least the Jays Won
I hope you didn't watch the Leafs game. I watched the first period and a couple of minutes of the second, where John Tavares had a remarkable shift. However, the rest of the game was disappointing.
Cayden Primeau's performance in net was subpar. As one commenter pointed out, "It's not just the goaltending," but the goaltending was particularly bad. The Leafs had their best offensive performance in a while, but it was overshadowed by poor play.
It's not just the goaltending.
