The retrofit platform is designed for multi-fuel flexibility, offering conversions across alternative fuels, helping shipowners navigate the evolving fuel landscape with confidence.
- The conversion was done on Cosco Shipping Lines' 20,000+ TEU container vessel, Cosco Shipping Libra.
- The vessel's 11S90ME-C engine was retrofitted to an S90 methanol engine, an 11S90ME-LGIM unit.
The adaptability helps shipowners ensure long-term compliance and competitiveness as the industry moves towards decarbonization.
