Treat Dreams to Transform into Food Hall in 2026
Treat Dreams, a longtime Ferndale business located at 22965 Woodward Ave., will undergo a transformation into a food hall next year.
According to Scott Moloney, owner of the ice cream shop for 15 years, the idea to make this change had been in consideration for the last year. The decision was partly motivated by the need to find a way to pay the building's rent after a sandwich business that previously operated at the site closed earlier this year.
The food hall will feature five permanent stalls and one rotating stall, allowing more small food shops to open under its roof.
