Your best stats for Earthfort are a bit interesting, because Versatility increases your shield's effectiveness, which makes it a higher priority compared to where it tends to sit for most classes.
As a result, your best stats are Strength, Versatility, and Mastery, in that order. After that, you can load up on extra Endurance or boost your damage with some Crit.
Unfortunately, you won't find any gems that give you Versatility. However, you have a good option with Emerald - Power 5, since it gives you both Strength and Mastery, and those are still two of your best stats.
