Benz Hui Dies At 76 from Cancer-Related Organ Failure
Veteran Hong Kong actor Benz Hui has passed away at the age of 76 after suffering cancer-related organ failure.
Known affectionately as “Benz Gor” or the “King of Supporting Roles”, he was surrounded by his loved ones when he passed away peacefully on October 28.
According to reports, his passing came just a day after news of his critical illness surfaced, prompting visits from celebrities such as Bosco Wong, Charmaine Sheh, and Raymond Lam.
Other notable visitors included Dayo Wong, Michael Miu, and his wife Jaime Chik, as well as movie legend Chow Yun Fat, who made an appearance at the hospital.
He was one of Hong Kong’s most beloved and respected character actors.
