Waymo's Expansion Plans
Waymo, the self-driving company owned by Alphabet, is set to operate on highways and expand to new cities and airports, with a focus on safety.
According to Tekedra Mawakana, co-CEO of Waymo,
"It is imperative that we scale", with plans to increase weekly autonomous rides from hundreds of thousands to one million by 2026.
