NDP Fundraiser Claims U.S. Corporate Money Funding Yukon Party 'Attack Ads'
The Yukon NDP has made a claim about the Yukon Party's "attack ads" being funded by U.S. corporate money in a fundraising email.
However, the NDP has been unable to provide evidence to support this claim, and no such "attack ads" have been found by the News in recent weeks on social media, online, on the radio, or in the newspaper.
"The energy on the ground is electric. But as our campaign grows, the Conservative Yukon Party is panicking. They’re flush with corporate cash, including from American companies, and they’re spending tons of it on attack ads,"
reads the NDP's fundraising email. The News has not witnessed any Yukon Party advertisements with negative comments about its rivals.
