Centoco in Talks to Manufacture Toilet Seats in Arkansas for Walmart
Bethany Toldo, president of Centoco Manufacturing, a family-owned company based in Windsor, Ontario, recently traveled to Bentonville to pitch her company's toilet seats to Walmart.
The company has a plant in McCrory, Arkansas, which has been in operation for four decades and employs around 48 people. According to Toldo, the location was chosen for its strategic distribution advantages.
“Our family wanted to supply quality toilet seats across North America, and when they founded the company in 1980, they established production in Ontario but then sought out a place in the U.S. to help them cover the map,”
she said, highlighting the importance of Arkansas' central location for coast-to-coast distribution.
