CVC and Jersey Telecom to Acquire Manx Telecom Group
Manx Telecom Group, the incumbent telecommunications provider on the Isle of Man, will be acquired by CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
Manx is an integrated digital-infrastructure platform providing broadband, fixed line, mobile, and secure data services to residential, business, and public sector customers.
