Denver CEO Sues Colorado Golf Club Over Alleged Business Deal Collapse

A Denver CEO, Cole Evans, is suing the Colorado Golf Club after being banned from the premises, claiming it cost him a business deal worth "in excess of multiple eight figures".

Evans, owner of Kiss Nutraceuticals, a dietary supplement company, was entertaining prospective buyers from Shore Capital Partners at the club when a manager, Brian Straight, accused him of breaking in and stealing liquor, and subsequently banned him from the club.

Brian Straight told (Cole) Evans he was not welcome on the property and that if needed he would call law enforcement to escort him off.

The incident allegedly scuttled the sale of Evans' company, which was valued at over multiple eight figures.
