Utah Probation Officer Charged with Soliciting Explicit Photos
A longtime agent for Utah's Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) has been arrested on accusations of soliciting inappropriate pictures and videos from a female offender he was supervising.
William "Quinn" Stickney was booked into the Utah County Jail on six counts of soliciting sexually explicit conduct from a person in custody, along with one count of official misconduct.
Detectives with the Utah County Sheriff's Office investigated the case, which involved a victim who disclosed being in a relationship with her probation officer, identified as Quinn.
The victim identified the probation officer as Quinn, with whom she was in a relationship.
