Swype, a digital card manufacturer, has invested in the Konica Minolta AccurioPress C10500 to meet growing demand and expand its capabilities.
The company experienced rapid growth in traditional print sales over the past 12-18 months, stretching its capacity. The new press, installed in September, replaces an AccurioPress C4080 and provides greater capacity.
Swype finance director, Steve Masters, said: "we were blown away by it"
The six-figure investment will help the Merseyside business meet demand and open up new opportunities for growth. The decision to invest in the C10500 model was made after a demo organised by supplier Production Print Direct.
