Maxcess Appoints New Interim CEO
Maxcess announces a leadership transition as Odd Joergenrud steps down as CEO and Raymond Baran is appointed interim CEO.
Odd Joergenrud, who joined Maxcess in 2019, led the company through several significant achievements, including:
- Merging Maxcess and RotoMetrics
- Enhancing the global leadership team
- Leading two impactful business acquisitions
- Increasing the company’s focus on new product development

Raymond Baran has been appointed Interim CEO, bringing a long history with the Berwind Group, which acquired Maxcess in 2018.
