A chance of rain is expected in western Koochiching and Itasca Counties late tonight. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with afternoon highs in the 60s and a slight chance of light rain midday. Breezy conditions will persist as a cold front passes through in the evening.
Widespread rain is likely from Sunday night to early Monday morning, with accumulation around a quarter of an inch for most of the area. The rain will clear out by 5 am on Monday, and the clouds will clear within a few hours.
A quiet stretch of weather is expected from Monday morning to Wednesday evening, followed by another round of rain on Wednesday night, lasting through Thursday.
Increasing clouds are expected, with a low around 49.
