Starved Toddler Left Unattended for Hours
A 23-year-old mother, Kaylee Morris, and her 24-year-old boyfriend, Mason Morgan, were arrested in connection to the death of Morris' 1-year-old daughter, Willow Ann Morris.
The toddler allegedly hadn't eaten for days and died from dehydration and a brain bleed after being left unattended for more than 14 hours, while Morris and Morgan smoked THC wax, according to police.
- Kaylee Morris and Mason Morgan were charged with one count each of neglect or abandonment of a dependent.
- Morgan is also facing an additional charge of child endangerment by deprivation of necessary care resulting in death.
Authorities announced the arrests and charges in connection to the death of young Willow Ann Morris.
