Cathcart Rail Appoints New CEO
Cathcart Rail, operating three short line railroads and providing switching, transloading services, and a nationwide railcar service network, has named Scott Driggers as its new CEO.
Driggers, who joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in June, succeeds Jeff Chick. He brings over 25 years of experience in the rail industry, including leadership roles at A. Stucki and Appalachian Railcar Services.
