Ponant Appoints New Group CEO
Ponant has appointed Benoît-Etienne Domenget as its new group CEO, effective November 3, 2025, succeeding Hervé Gastinel.
Domenget brings 25 years of experience in hospitality, luxury, travel, and tourism to the role, and will focus on driving international growth while maintaining Ponant's maritime expertise, hospitality standards, and environmental commitments.
He will uphold Ponant's maritime expertise, hospitality standards, and environmental commitments.
Prior to joining Ponant, Domenget served as CEO of Sommet Education, leading its international expansion across several institutions.
