The International Association of Color Manufacturers is suing West Virginia health and education officials over a new state law that bans certain artificial food dyes from being included in food items sold in school lunches.
Gov. Patrick Morrisey signed a bill into law that will ban food containing some artificial food dyes from being sold in West Virginia starting on January 1.
The group is asking a judge to strike down the requirement.
