Third Person Involved in Fatal Shooting Located
Clarksville Police have identified and spoken to the third person involved in the fatal shooting of 31-year-old Nolan Jackson on Darlene Drive.
According to CPD Lt.,
"The individual is cooperating with police and is no longer being sought by detectives."
The incident occurred on Feb. 5 at approximately 2 a.m., when officers responded to a shooting on Darlene Drive and found Jackson with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
- 22-year-old Shaliyah Tynise Potts, who was with Jackson that morning, has been taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
