Bay Area Weather: Flood Advisories in Effect
Rain has returned to the Bay Area, with showers in the North Bay and more rainfall expected across the region later in the day.
According to KTVU Meteorologist Roberta Gonzalez, a strong low-pressure system offshore near Oregon and Washington is moving southward, bringing wet weather to California.

- Later in the day, the East Bay, Peninsula, and South Bay will experience cloudiness and heavier rain.
