The Netherlands' railway system is vulnerable to sabotage and cyberattacks, according to a report from the Physical Environment Advisory Council (OFL).
The council recommends investing at least €600 million to strengthen security, as current policies focus mainly on operational disruptions caused by weather or technical failures.
