Jaron Ennis vs Uisma Lima - Results & Post-Fight Report
Jaron Ennis called for a showdown with Vergil Ortiz Jr after defeating Uisma Lima in the opening round in Philadelphia.
Ennis (35-0, 31 KOs) dropped Lima (14-2, 10 KOs) three times before referee Shawn Clark stopped the fight at the Xfinity Mobile Arena.
Ennis, making his debut at super welterweight, quickly switched to the southpaw stance and landed a three-punch combination, finishing with a right hook that put Lima down.
