"A few days ago I lost my dad. It has been so difficult to come to terms with," she wrote. "My dad seemed indestructible, young at heart, and full of life. RIP Dad, you will be missed forever, always in my heart."
Her longtime partner, former AFL star Brendan Fevola, also shared a warm tribute to Keith on social media.
"Rest easy, Keith. We are going to miss your humour and quick wit. I'm going to miss having a cold one with you, mate," he wrote. "Most of all, the girls will miss the love their granddad gave them, and Alex will miss the friendship and bond you shared — those long chats that always ended in laughter."
