Raleigh Water will temporarily shut down its billing system to launch a new, enhanced customer billing portal. The current billing portal will be unavailable starting November 7 at 5 p.m.
During the transition period, customers and contractors must conduct their business either through the call center or the existing online portal until the shutdown begins. Many services will be offline from November 7 until the new portal becomes active on Wednesday, November 12, at 8:30 a.m.
The upgraded billing portal is scheduled to go live on November 12. Once launched, all services and normal business operations will be fully restored.
