This November, LEGO fans will finally explore the final frontier with the release of the LEGO Icons 10356 U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D set, inspired by Star Trek: The Next Generation. The set includes 3,600 pieces and was designed by Hans B. Schlömer, known for his work on large ships including the Millennium Falcon and Endeavor.
Graphic design by Crystal Marie Fontan brings the minifigures to life, capturing the crew’s appearance with striking accuracy. The set includes nine unique minifigures, featuring newly molded pieces for characters like Worf and Guinan.
Although photos leaked months ago, the true scale and presence of the set are best appreciated through lifestyle images showing its impressive size.
LEGO’s official statement summarizes: “Set a Course for a Galactic Voyage: The LEGO Group Unveils the Much-Anticipated LEGO® Icons Star Trek U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D™.”
